TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms govern use of the PROSPX website and the general conditions applying to PROSPX services. Service-specific order details, written proposals and signed agreements form part of the relevant contract and may add to these terms.
1. About PROSPX
PROSPX is a football-development ecosystem operated by Lee Waddington. It supports players, coaches and academy owners through PROSPX Mentor, the Player Intelligence Assessment, PROSPX 90, GameMind Coach Hub and PROSPX Academy Licence.

2. Using the website
Website content is provided for general information about PROSPX and its services. Users must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, copy protected content or use the website unlawfully. Availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security or circumstances outside reasonable control.

3. PROSPX Mentor
The exact mentoring scope, frequency, fees, start date and payment arrangements will be confirmed directly with the player or responsible adult. Mentoring provides development support and professional judgement; it does not guarantee selection, contracts, scholarships, trials, playing time or any particular football outcome.
Sessions require reasonable cooperation and timely information from the player. Rescheduling, pauses, cancellation after the minimum commitment and any service-specific arrangements are governed by the written agreement or confirmation provided when joining.

4. Player Intelligence Assessment
The Player Intelligence Assessment is a football-development tool. It is not a medical, psychological, educational or scientific diagnosis and must not be treated as one. Results reflect the answers and football context supplied by the player.
Payment provides access to the assessment journey and the outputs described at purchase. The player should answer personally and honestly. A parent or guardian should complete any consent or purchasing steps required for a player under 18. Lee’s review and any report remain professional development opinions, not a guarantee of performance or progression.

5. PROSPX 90
PROSPX 90 is a selective individual player-development programme. Completing the Player Intelligence Assessment does not automatically guarantee eligibility or acceptance. Entry, scope, fees, payment options, timing and participation requirements are confirmed before a place is accepted.
The programme supports development over the agreed period but does not guarantee selection, recruitment, contracts, scholarships or a particular performance result.

6. GameMind Coach Hub
Monthly membership
Monthly access continues for each paid billing period until cancelled in accordance with the checkout and account arrangements. Access depends on successful payment and an active membership.
Annual membership
Annual access covers the annual membership period confirmed at checkout and is subject to the renewal or cancellation terms presented with the purchase.
Complimentary and grandfathered membership
Complimentary or grandfathered/existing-community access may be granted on legacy or individually agreed terms. It does not require migration to the current public payment options unless separately agreed. PROSPX may deactivate access when the relevant arrangement ends or the account is misused.
Intellectual property
GameMind resources, research translations, session materials, language frameworks, matchday tools, methods, branding and member content are owned by or licensed to PROSPX. Membership grants one member a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the material within their own coaching work while access is active.
Members must not resell, publish, redistribute, upload, sublicense, reproduce at scale, create a competing resource library from, remove branding from or give account access to another person. Downloads do not transfer ownership. Reasonable extracts may be used directly with the member’s own players or staff only as intended by the resource.

7. PROSPX Academy Licence
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance and does not create a licence relationship. A formal PROSPX Academy Licence exists only when the relevant parties enter into the applicable written Academy Licence Agreement.
The signed Academy Licence Agreement sets out the territory, fees, intellectual-property permissions, brand use, operating requirements, support, duration, termination and other commercial terms. If there is any conflict between these general website terms and a signed Academy Licence Agreement, the signed Academy Licence Agreement takes precedence.
8. Accounts and access
Login details, initial access codes, passwords and private report links must be kept confidential. Accounts are personal and must not be shared unless PROSPX expressly authorises this. PROSPX may suspend or restrict access where payment is not current, an arrangement has ended, security is at risk or these terms are materially breached.
9. Payments, cancellation and statutory rights
Prices and payment frequency are shown on the relevant page, Stripe checkout or written service confirmation. Users are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where consumer cancellation rights apply, they operate in accordance with applicable law and the information provided at purchase. If a customer asks for a service or digital access to begin during a cancellation period, the applicable confirmation and consequences will be explained as part of the purchase or onboarding process.
10. Intellectual property
The PROSPX name, branding, website, assessment structure, reports, programme materials, coaching methods, written content, graphics and resources are protected intellectual property. Except for the limited use expressly included in a service or written licence, no content may be copied, adapted, sold, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Players and coaches retain ownership of information they submit. They give PROSPX permission to use it as necessary to provide, administer and improve the relevant service, subject to the Privacy Policy.
11. Professional and football outcomes
Football development depends on many factors outside PROSPX’s control. PROSPX provides coaching, mentoring, assessment, education and business-development support with reasonable care and skill, but cannot guarantee sporting, selection, career, revenue or business outcomes. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and for obtaining specialist medical, legal, tax, safeguarding or financial advice where required.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that, PROSPX is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, decisions made contrary to the guidance provided, failures caused by inaccurate information supplied by a user, or interruption caused by third-party services or events outside reasonable control.
13. Changes
PROSPX may update website content and these general terms as services or legal requirements develop. Changes will apply from the date published. Material changes affecting an active paid service will be communicated where reasonably required. An existing signed agreement is not replaced merely by publishing updated website terms.
14. Governing law
These general terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer or contract law may hear disputes. Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory rights available in their place of residence.
